Hi, I’m KAITLIN

I am a marketing executive and digital brand marketer by trade turned fractional executive. Over the last 20 years, I've worked for digital agencies, in-house at Yahoo, Oracle, Burton Snowboards, and more recently at venture-funded start-ups Madison Reed and The Pro's Closet (TPC). I've hired and led high-performing teams. I've advised leaders and held board seats at various companies, and I'm an alumnus of the women's executive club Chief and an active member of the marketing think tank Mixing Board. I’m an entrepreneurial thinker with a bias for action.

Through these experiences, I've collected a network of experts and acquired skills in go-to-market planning, brand and growth strategy, digital channel diversification, and team + org design. This experience enables me to adapt to a new way of working to support brands like yours in advisory, fractional, or project capacity.
